Duplicate or Empty Tags Allowed Without Showing Inline Validation Message

Describe your issue

When adding tags to a task while editing a task, users can submit:

• an empty tag, or
• a duplicate tag
  and the dialog closes or accepts the input, instead of showing an inline validation error message just below the input field.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Edit Task → Tags.
2. Tap the + (Add Tag) button.
3. In the Add Tag dialog:

• Leave the input empty OR
• Enter a tag that already exists in the current tag list.

6. Tap Submit.
7. The dialog closes or does nothing — no inline error message is shown.

What was the expected result?

The Add Tag dialog should:
Stay open, and
Show an inline message under the input:

• For empty input: "Please enter a tag"
• For duplicate input: "Tag already exists"

Only valid tags (non-empty, non-duplicate, no spaces) should close the dialog and be added.
