Move issue, issues-deleted, and issues-posted components to shared module

After creating the bug trimming phase, there are a few components that have duplicated code between the phase-bug-trimming module and phase-bug reporting module, such as issue, issues-deleted, and issues-posted components. These components can be shifted to the shared module to reduce code duplication.
