issue uploading files to the web app

Is there a restriction of the Maxquant version to be used on your web application ?
I uploaded peptides file from Maxqaunt filter data and when it comes to upload protein groups the web app crashes
same thing if uploading the proteinsgroup.txt
is there an issue with your web portal app ??

Hi, The protein file must have the following headers in the file so it can recognize what columns to use for the data. It is looking for either the Reporter intensity corrected labels or “Intensity 01”. the column names of the measured intensities (samples) beginning with “Reporter intensity corrected” followed by an integer and an optional label (e.g. “Reporter intensity corrected 5 TMT2”) for TMT experiments. The column names for samples in label free experiments should begin with “Intensity” followed by an integer (“Intensity 01”). Hopefully that will fix your issues.
