Help with Thank you and Groups

Love what you're doing! Such a wonderful tool you've put together.

I'm having just a few issues. (this is a new website we haven't launched yet)

1. For the newsletter subscription on the homepage. The supporter is being added to the database, but the group is not recorded. I check this by looking under Groups in the supporters record.
2. I figured out that I if I remove the redirect on the Newsletter signup in Salsa. The signup does not leave that page, which is what I was after. While I do get a success message, the SignUp button 'processing' message hangs and the form does not reset.
3. Custom text added to the thank you text area in the sign up widget does not display.

Appreciate any troubleshooting tips you can provide.

Hi Amanda,

So first caveat is I do not have access to a Salsa account any longer - so the plugin is not really in active development any longer.

So debugging things with that handicap:

1. Not sure what's happening here - I think Salsa may have changed the way they record groups from forms.
2. ef575a0 should fix this - get the latest version of the plugin from github here
3. Not sure about this one - Salsa may have changed things.

That's about all I can do unfortunately - let me know if I can at least fix the save button
