Tap-Tempo Indicator on 1.69“-Displays

@Builty: I have a technical question (not a technical problem): Is it possible to implement a feature on the smaller 1.69" displays too that allows the set tap tempo frequency to be visually indicated by a small pulsating indicator?

I think the solution on the 4.3B board is quite ideal.
