Cachekey used encrypted Session Cookie. Now the decrypted values are used for the access to the cache. This is the same behaviour as in the "oauth-proxy-session-fragment.xml" file.
The added code is reused from the prosy session fragment.
The Cookie name was hardcoded into the policy. This is now also replaced with the named value (CookiePrefix) which is used in other places by the policy.
