Feature: Customisable WebUI URL and Bookmark List

For those that do not use Bruce.local allow the WebUI URL to be altered in the settings.

To help with multiple devices all using separate IP/hostnames a quick access/bookmark list would be useful.
A simple hostname list would be enough but adding a name would be great.
