Windows logs seem to have arbitrary clipping

running v1.3.999 on a windows 10 machine in the log it has ... at the end of a log message where it should be showing the full path of where CVRs are being read from

When I use the Right click -> Copy and then paste that into a text editor I see the full path

The log file shows the full path

Some other runs on different data properly show long paths

Running on MacOS I see the full path
