Full Election (Multi-Contest) Tabulation #923
Description
Allow election administrators to load in many contest configurations and tabulate them all in a nice GUI.
Open questions:
- Do they get a tabulation verification interface for each GUI?
- Maybe this GUI just launches RCTab with an existing config, plus pops up the tabulation screen?
- Or perhaps it does not pop up the configuration screen at all, and only pops up the tabulation screen? This seems best but the most effort.
