The following section could be clarified a bit, as you jump between command line and web interface, w/o telling the user the difference. You may want to tell the user how to log on to the web interface at this point as well.
4.1. Uploading a new HEX file to your Arduino
To program your Arduino from the web interface, take the following steps:
Make sure the BrewPi script is running. If it is not started by CRON, start it with:
sudo -u brewpi python /home/brewpi/brewpi.py
Open the maintenance panel and go to the Reprogram Arduino tab.
