Make database status report using Rmarkdown

Include the following:

• status report plot here
• status of EPS data in the table alpha_vantage.earnings, count of stocks with a record within the last 3 months by month
• historical count of stocks in the top 1,000 and top 750 by size
• plots visualising the missingness and data quality issues collected with the fndmntl_attributes.R script.
• Display logging output from price_attributes.R, (update_iex_prices_dag.log and price_attributes.rda)
