Investigate creating Windows binaries again using PyInstaller

[Breakthrough]

Seems to be working gracefully on my machine, just need to figure out:

• how can it be automated via Travis for each release/tag?
• how to include all relevant licensing documentation?
• should I include a copy of ffmpeg/mkvmerge with the distribution, or force users to download it themselves?

If so, same should be done for #DVR-Scan. The team at Advanced Installer has graciously provided a license for both projects. All assets related to the installer will be placed in this repository when available.

[Breakthrough]

Managed to get it working again - trick is having to analyze __main__.py instead of scenedetect.py. The v0.5.5 release has been updated with both a Windows installer and portable binaries.
