Inno Setup languages removed due to appveyor / code signing #2702
Description
In order to use code signing via SignPath the binaries need to be build via appveyor.
the following unoffical languages are not installed on the system:
- "ChineseSimplified.isl"
- "ChineseTraditional.isl"
- "Hungarian.isl"
- "Korean.isl"
