ReferenceAxisFrame disappears if ReferenceAxisLines is NO, even if ReferenceAxisFrame is set to YES

It seems that if

enableReferenceAxisLines = NO;
enableReferenceAxisFrame = YES;

then the reference axis frame disappears even if it's set to yes

This is currently the expected behavior for enableReferenceAxisFrame, as stated in the documentation:

/** Draws a translucent frame between the graph and any enabled axis, when set to YES. Default value is NO.
@see enableReferenceAxisLines must be set to YES for this property to have any affect. */

Yes, you're right, ideally they should be independent. This is something that needs to be done.
