Removed usage of Util::empty from wcomponents-test-lib. Removed invalid test from WButtonExample_Test after discaussing with Mark. Util::empty didn't do what it's javadoc said it did. It allowed whitespace with a unicode character code greater than that of 'space'.

Replace usages of com.github.bordertech.wcomponents.util.Util with equivalent library methods from org.apache.commons.lang3 or java.util.Objects.
