Problem

set_deposit_cap, set_custodian, set_wind_down_delay, set_notice and oracle set_config have no screen.

Expected outcome

Governance changes a parameter seeing the current and the new value.

Acceptance criteria

  • Current value and new value side by side before a signature is requested
  • Bounds mirrored client-side from the contract's own checks
  • A refused action names the contract error
