Description

I have added the following helpful functions in arithmetic.hpp-

  1. Multiplication of representation with a constant (Scalar multiplication)
  2. Difference between two representations.
  3. Multiplication of representation with a matrix, only for Cartesian representation, as for other's it doesn't make much sense.

I have added the tests for each of the functions implemented.
