Crio - Venetian Inspiration (inspirations-theme-73) z-index issue with CTA button

When using Crio Venetian, users cannot click the CTA button due to z-index issues. 

body::before has a z-index of 1 by default, body::after has 0
I had to reduce both of them by 1 unit to click it

To replicate - go thru Inspirations and install Venetian style Crio (the transparent triangle one). Try and click the main CTA button.
