Separate each function

It would be great to have options for the CLI, like show each function separately on SVG file or even being able to read from an external config file for options.

Sounds like a good idea, I've not had time to port all the JS features to the CLI (and won't for some time) so feel free to submit a PR.

That's understandable, I hope I'll continue working on the presentation feature (which was a WIP IIRC) when my workload alleviates.
