Release promoting using Tekton

Go to Pipepines.
On pipeline manual-deploy click Create PielineRun.
Enter build-id and target (one of app-store, firebase, play-store or portal).
Click Create button.

build-id is the name of build PipelineRun for example: build-ck9jv.

Promote to firebase and portal targets triggered automatically.
