Summary

  • generate header.php using a fixed, deterministic layout that includes branding, nav, and mobile toggle wrappers
  • validate required header structure and reuse the same markup for fallback output to keep previews consistent

Testing

  • ruff check wpgen/generators/wordpress_generator.py (fails: existing lint violations in file)
  • pytest (fails: existing PHP syntax and service generation test failures)
