Improper spaces alignment in tables

What happened?

Improper space alignment of tables. It can happen in any kind of table when huge numbers are listed.
This issue can encounter with any kind of table here, this is the first one I encountered with.

Minimal reproduction steps

1. Specify variable SIMPLICITY_DEX_SEED=0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef
2. ./simplicity-dex wallet init
3. ./simplicity-dex sync full
4. ./simplicity-dex positions

Thanks! For now I believe we can implement it directly via ({:<76} in println!), though if you have a better approach you can try it

We can also use some crates to format tables, for example:

• https://docs.rs/tabled/latest/tabled/
• https://docs.rs/comfy-table/latest/comfy_table/

I suggest using comfy-table because it is the most popular, ok?
