Update gl-client release on pypi to use protobuf files from release version #516
Description
While attempting to split out gl-testing, I found PairDeviceRequest wasn't defined in scheduler_pb2.py. The purpose of this issue is to update the protobuf files so that anyone who installs the latest glclient from pypi can also have access to the protobufs associated with that release.
