Blake Parmeter's submission for the Gravitational Marketing Atomic Hack Party.

Development Environment Notes:

• Need to point /.env file to database.
  • Create user as needed, The DB Tables will be created automatically.
• Set tomcat web root to /public
• Running on XAMPP
• Need to install Composer to build PHP dependencies, then run command: <composer global require "laravel/installer"> to be able to use the command

(Note: replication of Development environment has not been tested)
