Extension not installing

We are currently tidying up the Mechanic registry (again), and noticed that this extension does not install. If you'd like to retain the extension in the Mechanic registry, we kindly request that you update it within the next 60 days. Otherwise, we'll proceed with its removal. We appreciate your understanding.
