Gov card don't show the voting date rightly (and tally)

• Voting time 3 days when is 3 hours
  

• Tally is empty when should be different (with data)
  

• Active proposal is right, at Proposal page (it's ok - only for compare them)
  

• When the proposal is passed/rejected it shows the correct Tally but the end_voting date is wrong
