replace uint with crn_uint32 to fixed compilation errors.
uint is not defined. replace with crn_uint32.

This adds an easy method to compile and integrate Crunch on projects managed by the cmake build system. Also included is a few updates to fix compilation errors using Visual Studio 2022 and cmake.
NOTE: The other build files will need minor updates on some examples since stb_image split into two headers as follows:
stb_image.h - Image Reading functionality
stb_image_write.h - Image writing functionality.
