4x-AnimeSharp upscaler #19

Hi.
Is there any way to use the following upscaler in conjunction with MC - https://huggingface.co/Kim2091/AnimeSharp ?
PS. Also, could it be possible to use other upscalers with the different model formats, like .onnx, .safetensors, etc.?
E.g. https://huggingface.co/Xenova/4x_APISR_GRL_GAN_generator-onnx
