Improvements for hamburger menu

1. When a user is choosing the already opened page on hamburger menu, menu should be hidden and probably the page is reloaded. Now the option becomes in an active state and menu is not closed.
2. Hamburger menu should be closed when a user clicks on the screen outside the menu
