- Convert SVG logo text to paths to eliminate font dependency issues
- Add docs/ and ..Rcheck/ to .gitignore to exclude generated content
- Update DESCRIPTION with additional package dependencies
- Update _pkgdown.yml configuration
- Regenerate all favicon files from corrected logo
