If @jwollbrett finds out that there is no difference in decorrelation by TopGO when provided with the propagated calls, then we need to implement to always provide propagated calls to TopAnat, for the problem of quality bronze/silver/gold changing when propagated by Bgee.
Maybe we could also check how to completely disable propagation by topGO in this case, which is extremely slow. At some point, maybe we are simply going to re-implement the decorrelation methods? :/
