Special formatting for comment form trailing bracket

What has Changed?

Before formatting comment forms, a newline and a symbol is placed just before the closing bracket. Then this symbol is removed. This makes the closing paren stay ”untucked”.

NB: quite experimental right now. I want to have a feel for how useful this is before allowing the extra complexity in.
