When players send message in is chat it also send in global chat

I can't replicate this right now. This is likely an incompatibility with some plugin you have running. I tested with ChatControl, but it works fine, so maybe it's some other plugin interfering, or some setting in ChatControl. I recommend you remove suspected plugins one by one until it starts working and then tell me which one is causing the issue and I will then see if there is a workaround.
