Summary

update Jest configuration to import the Next.js helper via the ESM entrypoint
export the generated configuration with ESM syntax for compatibility with Next 16

Testing

SESSION_SECRET=test npm run test:ci (fails: CSRF/security tests rely on request context and fail with Next cookie access outside request scope)
