I like working across the whole path from model to product — training and fine-tuning, then the backend, infra, and interface that make it usable. Lately that's mostly meant LLMs, RAG, and speech.

- 🏆 1st place — IndabaX Tunisia 2025 (AI diagnostic system for telecom: anomaly classification + fine-tuned BART for resolution suggestions)
- 🥈 Top 10 — Seneca Innovation Center Hackathon (FitTrac: AI fitness coaching app — Flutter, FastAPI, computer vision, agent-based workflows)
- 🌱 Also shipped: a fully local multi-LLM system (Llama 3.2 + fine-tuned Gemma) with a dynamic RAG pipeline, React dashboard, FastAPI backend, dockerized on a VPS
