Can not launch Groot2 On Windows10

Describe the bug
Cannot launch Groot2.I try to use the groot2.bat batch file,but it still not works.After the splash screen disappears, nothing happened.I can find the groot2.exe in my task manager, and i find the logs said that "Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (6.8.1) with this library (6.8.3)".
After that, I find my environment var have a path that leads to my another version Qt6.8.1, and if I delete the path, groot2 can be perfectly launch. My question is that why the batch file doesn't work(I mean that the batch file suppose to help launch groot2 in such situation, but it doesn't work).

To Reproduce

1.download 1.17.0 windows installer.
2.install with default settings.
3.try to launch bin/groot2.exe or groot2.bat

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Version windows 10 enterprise 22H2

should be fixed in version 1.7.1, to be released this afternoon.
