split IMDReader from imdclient #53

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The current imdclient package contains the IMDReader for MDAnalysis. Not all users/developers might want to use MDA. Therefore we should have a pure imdclient package with minimal dependencies.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create a package without MDA dependencies/code and move MDA-related code into MDAnalysis (see MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#4827 )
Describe alternatives you've considered
Do not do anything; it works at the moment. However, we may increase uptake of the IMD-streaming approach by making the lower-level code available separately and cleanly separate it from MDAnalysis.
