Respect portrait / landscape lock

On my Samsung Galaxy phone, even though I have locked the phone  in portrait mode, but the app overrides it. The app I'm talking about is the one the website asks the user if they want to install, not something from Google play.

Anyway when the user turns the phone sideways the app rotates like it or not.
