- Fix errorhandling so errors bubble up to scripts being used instead of pointing deep into the module.
- Clean up some tests (and patch a missed bug)
- some initial prep for a decent sized rewrite as we move to the latest version of netbox.
This is to make it so that scripts using this module will properly identify where they are failing rather than pointing into the module at the specific file that's failing.
