Conversation export returns empty JSON (2 bytes) on iPhone

Bug Report

When exporting conversations on iPhone, the exported JSON file is empty (only 2 bytes).

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Omi app on iPhone
2. Export conversation(s)
3. Check the exported JSON file — it contains only 2 bytes (empty)

Expected behavior

Exported JSON should contain the full conversation data.

I am trying to export my conversations from OMI in the app. I tested on both Android and iPhone, and the export result is always an empty conversations JSON. The file contains only an empty block and is about two bytes in size.

I also tried exporting as a file, but that does not work either.

I have thousands of conversations and need to export them successfully. Please help me understand how to export my conversations correctly, or how to debug why the export is empty (for example, where to check logs, what settings/permissions could cause this, or what steps I can take to identify why nothing is included in the export).

@mdmohsin7 I’m getting the same result on web, Android, and iOS, so it’s most likely a backend issue. We already discussed this in Discord, and I’ve tried multiple times.
