Bug: Search results open the wrong conversation when tapped

Problem

When searching for a conversation using the search icon on the Home screen, the search results list shows the correct conversations, but tapping on a result opens a different conversation than the one selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Home screen → tap the search icon
2. Type a search query
3. Correct conversations appear in the results list
4. Tap on a specific result
5. A different conversation opens instead of the one tapped

Expected Behavior

Tapping a search result should open that exact conversation.

Actual Behavior

The wrong conversation opens. The search list displays correctly but the tap action navigates to an incorrect item.
