Option to remove/replace Lenovo Vantage icon with Legion Toolkit icon from Quick Settings bottom strip

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Add an option to remove/hide the Lenovo Vantage icon that appears in the Quick Settings bottom strip (next to the Settings gear icon).

This icon is displayed in the Quick Settings bottom strip on Windows 11 even when vantage and its related services are disabled through legion toolkit.

How would you like the problem to be solved?

Add functionality to remove/replace this icon with the legion toolkit one.

What alternatives have you considered?

Suggesting a manual method to users to achieve the same if possible.

I don't have this icon. Not sure if this is some other weird "feature" that Lenovo thought would be nice or what. Do you have an option to enable/disable this in Vantage?

I haven't this icon on Win11 and on Win10 too. Tested on Legions: Y530, Y540, L5P-16IRX9.

There is no option to enable/disable this feature in vantage.

Well, until I start seeing this on my PC there is nothing I can do.

Can you try to manually delete all the vantage files and then reinstall it? Also when i uninstall vantage the icon does disappear, if you want to i can log the installation process using procmon, if that can prove useful to you by any means to uncover what vantage is actually doing.

I don't plan on doing any more investigation until more people confirm that they are having the same problem.

I tried to reinstall Vantage and other Lenovo tools in different ways on L5P-16IRX9. I haven't this icon. I did it, because i was want to get this icon.

As there is no more signals from users that Vantage is adding this button, I am closing the issue.

fair enough, i too really don't know wth was going on there were too many registry edits during the installation process in procmon, i just got rid of vantage for now.
