Project is now refactored to share code between the OS4.2 and OS5.0 projects.

This patch fixes the default settings on the companion to match what is set on the device. Refactored all constants used by the fileStore.js to the constants.js file, as we are using those in multiple places, including the companion code.

This release adds Calories as a health metric. This also updates the companion to allow the user to select which of the three metrics to display.
