Applied directly to main (no-PR workflow). Test/CI tooling only — nothing in the shipped mcadiff binary changes. Actions (group #10): actions/checkout v4→v6.0.3, actions/setup-dotnet v4→v5.3.0, github/codeql-action v3→v4.36.1, codecov/codecov-action v5→v6.0.1, actions/upload-artifact v4→v7.0.1 (all pinned by SHA across ci/codeql/markdownlint/release). Test NuGet (patch/minor group #11): coverlet.collector 6.0.2→6.0.4, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk 17.12.0→17.14.1, xunit 2.9.2→2.9.3. Deferred the major bumps (#12 coverlet 10, #13 Test.Sdk 18, #14 xunit.runner.vs 3). 218 tests pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
