IP Lit is hardcoded in core code. This information (and possibly the whole layout) has to be in clinic-config via some configuration. See this: https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/32014599/Configure+Patient+Card+Prints
(This is how supplemental printout is configured from outside Bahmni core codebase). This repo is core code. We want implementors to be able to configure their own custom prints, by writing simple HTML/UI code in the custom config folder.. and not in bahmniapps)
