Extend dragPlanePoint doc on onDrag*Observables

Copied dragPlanePoint description to onDragStartObservable and onDragEndObservable Furthermore added a comment stating, that the dragPlanePoint does not necessarily equal the attached mesh position if validatedDrag is used.
