Computing will resume when battery charge reaches higher than minimum or lower than current charge. For example, I set mine to 35% and often it says it will resume for example at 90%. Other times the charge is about 85% but it says it'll resume for example at 35%.

steps to reproduce

1. Run BOINC.
2. Set minimum battery level (but sometimes battery non-allowed source).

expected behaviour

Use logic for deciding whether to compute based on minimum and current battery level.

system information

Android v8 - 15 (or also older)
BOINC v7 - 8.2.8 (or also older)

additional context

There were at least two incorrectly-closed bugs of this unless (unlikely) it may be a cache data issue (after upgrade to 8.2.8). Sometimes I control BOINC remotely but can test without that.
