Android client crashes when changing work cache, happens on all devices with version 7.16.16 and 7.18.1

Shortly before WCG went on pause I increased the work cache on all of my 16 Galaxy phones from 0.1 + 0 to 7 days + 0 which went without problems. When WCG stopped sending work I started supporting Einstein and Universe. After attaching to these projects I noticed that the work cache was still at 7 days so my phones got flooded with work. I tried to set the cache back to 0.1 days which let the client to crash twice before Android offered to close the app for me. After opening it again the cache was set to 0.1 but work kept coming in so obviously the setting was ignored. This happened with both projects, on all of my phones, some run 7.16.16, most run 7.18.1.

On the projects websites I disabled new work for the queue to come down but every time I try to change the cache setting on my phones Boinc crashes immediately. On one phone I deleted Boinc and installed it again but the bug remains. Before I never had problems with that setting so I presume WCG plays a role in this.

Has this behavior been observed by others, too?

@Drago751, can't reproduce this. Are you sure when setting (0.1) you use . (dot) not , (coma)?
Does this also happen when try to change to some integer number (1 or 2 or 3 etc)?

Hey Vitali, this error occurred irrespective of the value entered. Meanwhile I reinstalled BOINC on all devices and since that moment everything works fine again. Maybe an Android or Samsung update was responsible for this misbehaviour. Thanks and regards Thomas
