[Idea] A Chinese language version

Hi! I have a new idea for a new language version:
Use a new interface to handle multilingual requests (such as .mo and .po files), and the user's client can decide what language content to display.
For a C fool like me, we can only change a single display data very limitedly, but I cannot modify it further.
Hope developers can consider this idea. Thank you!
