The plug-in manager may propose the last supported plug-in version for a given BBj release #24
Description
Currently the plug-in manager only issues a warning when you try to install a plug-in on a BBj release it's not been certified for:
Better than that, it could additionally try to identify and propose the last version of a plug-in that was "good" for this release (in this case for the picture 0.100.4 of the BBjGridExWidget was the last version that was "Good" for 18.xx)
